Buses will be available at the Courtyard Poughkeepsie and the Residence Inn Poughkeepsie to take you to Red Maple Vineyard.

IF YOU ARE ONLY THERE FOR ONE NIGHT, A HEADS UP THAT CHECK IN IS AT 4!!!! You can call to request an early check-in and say you are with the wedding.

Buses will be at the hotel at 4:30 and will be leaving for RMV at 4:40 PROMPTLY!

Transportation Details

Buses to the wedding: If you’re taking the buses, yellow school buses arrive at the Courtyard by Marriott and the Residence Inn at 4:30 pm. The buses will leave from the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn at 4:40 pm (it is about a 15–20 minute bus ride)

Parking: On-site parking is available at Red Maple Vineyard. Follow the signs for CEREMONY and there will be staff directing the cars. They will direct you where to move your cars for the Reception

Buses after the reception: Busses will be available at 10:35 pm (There will only be a bus to the Courtyard by Marriott at this time), 11:00 pm (Both Hotels will have a bus available at this time, look for your hotel on the signage), and 12:00 pm (Look for the bus with your hotel signage) for return trips to Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn.
